Horrible online shopping experience

Game online shopping is the worst, I have purchased kiddies bike, when I login for tracking delivery nothing shows on my profile, & mind you their claimed 7 days delivery period has elapsed, when I phone the customer service I'm told they will follow up, no updates this far.
