Horrible online service for support tickets

I bought a freezer from game in November. It stopped working in march and I logged a support ticket to get it checked. They didn't communicate with me until I called them. They promised they would look into the matter and still no communication. I called several times until last week when I emailed them to ask how do I escalate the matter. They only logged a ticket with KIC after (and still not communicating with me). I got such a horrible service with Game and deeply disappointed with their lack of communication and service delivery it's so bad. KIC came today and sorted the problem. Game you are a disappointment I must say.
