Horrible online service

I am disgusted at the service by Game Online, I ordered a stove and hob online. And was told to wait 7-10 days for delivery. After 14 days I received an email stating that my order was cancelled with no mention of a refund or anything. Then when I called in I was told that they don’t have stock and will refund me when I write in and send an email with my banking details and this will take another 10 days. I am furious. Because both local branches have stock of the item I ordered. Terrible service I will no longer support GAME @GAME
