Horrible Online Service

The service is absolutely horrible. Can't rely on their online support. I have been trying to return an order since the 15th December so I can get a refund, I have reached out to them via chat, email, WhatsApp and phone call. Their consultants are completely useless to put it bluntly. Return policy states small items can be returned to any Game store in SA, however that didn't work. When I called their online support for assistance, the person I spoke to was just clueless and kept placing me on hold for extended periods, only to keep coming back and telling me he'll try to call my nearest Game store to query. I honestly would never recommend ordering from Game online. If there was a zero or negative rating, I'd give it. Absolutely disappointed.
