Horrible online experience at Game stores

I ordered two telefunken tablets last month on special. The following day I received an email that my order has been dispatched. Today I call customer care and I'm told there is no stock and customers were going in store to buy. There is nowhere on the game website where it says that people who come in store will be given preference over people who order online. I had not received any comms from Game until I started to follow up last week. They are quick to offer a refund because it was a sale item. I don't want a refund I want the tablets that were dispatched.
