Horrible online experience

I am so disappointed with the Game online store. I bought grocery items online and my order was dispatched on the 19th of September 2023 from the Game Middelburg store but the courier company returned the order bcoz my area is over 100km away. I have been asking when will i receive the order Game call center and social media can't assist me. This is frustrating and as i customer I do not know what to do anymore. I complained about their outdated system which allocates Nebo orders to their Middelburg store instead of the Groblersdal store because demarcations changed. Can someone assist in getting my order? At least someone who will not lie to me.
