Horrible managers and overall horrible customer experience

I visited Game in Jabulani mall. I wanted a phone which is on black Friday special. The consultant was very helpful i believe her name is Fikile Mkhwa****. Loved her service. When i got to the till the item was on normal price (R5000) instead of Promotion price (R3799). I notified the cashier (Gugu) who then called supervisor. That is where it went wrong. Pauline said "Get someone esle im tired) while she was visibly standing and chatting with another Employee. Spoke to another manager i believe his name is Seabi he said he can't help because he was not aware of the promotion even after a supervisor has shown him the black Friday special, he had the paper on his hands. He was then rude and insisted on not speaking and assisting me until I greeted him. With such people on management your business is bound to fail. I have never received such horrible customer experience from any game ive used. However great appreciation for consultant Fikile, Cashier Gugu and Manager Paul Masuku who had to leave from the office and assist on the floor.
