Horrible experience with game durban west street

Ordered an item from game that totally different from what was advertised,After sending a return request I received an email saying I can take item to the nearest game, only for me to go to the west street game in durban, after spending an hour seated waiting for a tax invoice to be sent from customer services, just as the store was about to close I was told they could not assist me as the item I was returning is not listed in their store, they do not keep stock of the item. This could have been told to me the minute I arrived not after an hour of my wasted time also the email I received could’ve specified that I need to go to a game that has stock if the item. I am so disappointed in Game, what a horrible experience,I will also be writing a review of my experience on all social media platforms
