Horrible experience

I brought a cell on 15 December 2021 went back today because fone giving problem wanto change it for something else but unfortunately my 7days period is over which i wasnt told it start fromthe purchases date.. Also this phone i dont want because it has problems and it new..

However how does go for repairs and its still new. And your suppliers is close will only open 15th of January
