Horrible experience at Game Store Vincent Park East London

On the 4th of June I had the worst experience ever at a Retail Store, Game Store in Vincent Park. I bought Groceries for my child, Paid at the teller as usual. The transaction went through as normal, the slip printed half way and their system went down. I was told to wait while they called my Bank to confirm that the transaction did indeed go through. My bank confirmed that the transaction was successful. They made me wait for another hour while they were confirming that the money reflected on their account. I asked them to give me my Groceries whole they were solving their problems. However my request fell on deaf ears. The Store manager, Nomava then instructed me to bring my bank statement. I went to the nearest bank to find a long queu. I went back to the store and told them that I couldn't wait any longer. They insisted that I wait, I waited from 09h00 am to after 12h00 midday. I eventually left the store with no food and no money back. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I was told that they don't trust me therefore they can't give me my Groceries. I offered a suggestion that they give me Groceries and if the transaction is reversed later in the day, I will come back and do the payment again. However no one listened to me. I missed my child's Doctors appointment. My child didn't get the food in time as I was told to leave the store and try again the following day. I am disgusted at the service we got. It's really a shame that I had to go through what I went through even though I paid for my Groceries.
