horrible experience at game menlyn

Game at Menlyn ...Most frustrating service ever! The manager Shaun manifested unprofessional service ,you would swear this store is from the devil!!!! I managed to get assistance from guy by the name of Charlse who actuallu works for tevo and not Game but he tried assist wherever he could and definitely went the extra mile ,i am so digusted with the manager at Game menlyn ,i purchased a hisense 50 inch smart tv that was on special on the 7th of jan i went into the store 2 days later on the 9th of jan to return it ,after been there for almost 75 mins i wa told by Shaun i cant return it coz it was used ,the picture qaulity on the channels that were not HD was unfortunately not good i wasnt aware of this .........i ordered a freezer on the 5th which they mentioned would b delivered in 2 weeks it was delivered 1 week ago only! there wasnt communication from game ,xcpt for the guy that tried to assist me ,most pathetic service ever receieved .
