Horrible experience

On the 5th October 2025 I went to Game Prominade with the copy of my receipt to query if I can bring the air fryer I bought because it is now not working well. I was told by the lady in customer service that I can bring in. On the 25th October I came in store with the air fryer, Firstly the service I got was horrible I was told to wait and then other guy came and advised that they need to page a person who is working for the brand I waited she eventually came they made a copy of the receipt I was told to write my details the lady then told me it was outside guarantee, I told her I came in before and asked and I was told to being it, she asked who told me that I gave them the date and asked if they can check their footage I was made to wait for over 30 minutes she then told me I am supposed to return the item where I bought it with no apology or any empathy I was treated like a trash!! very bad experience
