horrible customer service Game Promenade Mitchell Plain
<p>Good evening, today I went to make a payment at Game Promenade. There was 6 people behind the tellers watching TV a reality show. One lady assisting is this queue. I then asked other lady to assist us. She moved away from the till point and leaned against the wall. All the while the rest of this staff still watching this reality TV show .This happened at the cell phone and TV department those till points. I then finished my payment went to customer service and asked to speak to the Branch Manager Mr Bester and I heard he was in a meeting. you know the usual answer you get from staff when you want to lodge a complaint against staff member. Horrible customer service indeed. </p>
