Horrible customer service at Mitchells Plain Game Store - Prominade Mall

I app**** for a contract phone on Tuesday the 7th of November. They apparently had system issues abd 3 days later i still haven't received my phones. They never answer the store phones or they just hang up on you. i asked to speak to the store manager and they just hung up on me. I am disgusted by they're behavior and they've lost me as a customer
