HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Game Stores at illanga mall is by far the worst and most useless store we have ever in our lives shopped at!!😡😡😡😡

The 18/11/2025, we visted the store and purchased 1 fridge & 2 Hisense top loader washing machines, they then didn’t have stock on specials they were running on any of their things!! We had to order (which we did!)

We heard no feedback from them unless we called them which is also a waste of time because either no one answers the phone or they end the call as soon as you want to speak to a manager😡😡

Eventually we got hold of them and was told the washing machines were there but not the fridge!!! We had to continue waiting😡😡

Fast forward we at a month later!! They took our money and called us saying that everything was there and the fridge had arrived! Only for us to get there today 12/12/2025 and there is only the fridge and 1 washing machine!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The person we have as the contact person isn’t there, the store manager isn’t there, the other manager isn’t there and we are left with someone who calls themselves the “senior manager” but cannot tell us where our washing machine is😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They sold our washing machine we had ordered because all they care about is gaining an income 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Here we are a month later, no washing machine👏🏼

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM GAME IN ILLANGA MALL!!

And this isn’t the first time we have such bad horrible service from them. Not to even mention the rude woman they have as a security at the door 👍🏻👍🏻

This will be our last purchase we ever make at GAME!!

Game is going downhill and one would think they would do something to prevent it but nope they just carry on delivering HORRIBLE service.
