Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service from Game Clearwater

I visited Game Clearwater Mall on Friday the 19th of March around 8 pm to get a birthday gift for my daughter, i knew exactly what i was looking for so i went straight to the jewelry counter. I waited over 5 minutes to be assisted as there was no one at that particular counter mind you it was late and there was only a few customers in store. The female security guard had to call twice for "Flora" to come to the counter to assist. Finally a lady looking supper annoyed arrived not sure if it was Flora because she had her name tag flipped around (wonder why) i greeted her but she didn't greet back. She seemed super annoyed judging by her facial expressions.

I asked her for pricing on the Trojan Fitness watch and her response was "the price is right in front of you" OMW how rude? The price was not even on the front glass but on the side, my bad.. sorry i even asked. First you make me wait for close to 10 minutes then you give me attitude for asking what the price is..

I left the store so upset and I WILL NOT be going back there ever.
