Horrible customer service

Purchased a router online and later discovered that it is not the one i wanted. Called the store and they advised me to reject the router from the courier, i did that but now i am given run arounds when they have to refund me my money, it's been over a month now and no one is saying anything. Sent endless emails but i am still not refunded. I will never purchase anything online from game again.
