HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Game Mokopane is the worst of all. Visited the store a week ago and requested to purchase Bennet Read pots that were on special at Makro and requested for a price bid. The two ladies at the floor told me that they were given strict instructions by management that normal price apllies. Asked to see the manager was told she is busy and won't be able to come. Asked a different lady to call her the answer was the same. She refused to come and hear me out. I left and called when I got to work.. Was sent from Pilar to post. Contacted the head office they promised to get back at me, till today they never did.

The next day I called game again and was told Chipape the manager will assist me, call transferred to him. Guess what he said he is not the manager he will transfer the call to the manager and he hung up.

The requested time I called I was so furious and shouted the guy who answered said he will ask a different manager to assist he called Seanego who explained and apologized. He requested that I come and make my purchase as I was not given the correct service and explanation. Went in the store and the cashier was screamming and back chatting with Seanego as to why he removed the close sign to serve me... Guys Game Mokopane has not customer service, again the poor guy had to apologies for the cashiers lack of customer service. As he walked me to the door still apologizing a sales guy calls him Seanego a knowledge his saying I'm coming the guy started throwing tantrums saying that customer has paid you are done with her come see the important one on the queue. Seanego was again apologizing 4 the other guy. The attitude of, the supervisor at the tills, the cashiers,management. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT GAME Mokopane at all
