horrible customer service

I am very unhappy with the service i am constantly getting from Game @ Cresta Mall. 1st disapointment happened in December when i wanted to buy a hisense fridge the double door , there was a lady who was there who was wearing a hisense tshirt, she told me the fridge i wanted was out of stock, mind you i wanted to buy it on the spot they just gave me stories about the storage point that its a process to purchase if its not in store, i understood and left the store, after a week i went again to check and i was told by another guy that Game in Rosebank has the stock i must go there and purchase the fridge, i asked him why should i go so far coz i stay just around the corner from Cresta its convinient fpor me to make the purchase there, he told me no the guys from Rosebank will think they are *****ing their sales, of which i think that has nothing to do with me i am the customer if something is available at another Game store by all means best i must get it, he then continued and told me that if i cant go to Rosebank i am welcome to go elsewhere to buy the fridge, i was very much disapointed about that service... i went to purchase at Makro, then last week i went back to Game now i wanted a washing machine, they told me its out of stock and i asked if i can leave my details so that i can be called when its in store coz i really want it, the same lady from Hisense told me no they cant do that i must buy a voucher and come check if they have stock, i was trying to explain to her that im always at work its hard to come to the store rather if they call and i can send someone to go and buy it for me, while i was doing that she just called someone to tell me what she was telling me and turned and started talking to someone, i really feel the customer service there is horrible, what was hard by taking my details and call me when there is stock? Game will lose customers because of this kind of attitude, i am back again looking at buying from Makro coz of the service i have once received from Game
