Horrible Customer service

Calvin Baloyi at bloed mall Game was so rude on the 21stbof March and sold me a TV without a remote to this day I am still waiting for him to call me about my remote but nothing. And everyone in the store is making excuses for him! I hate that guy. No customer service at all !
