Horrible customer service

Game in Makhado, I had purchased a 2 plate oven stove and within 2months 1 plate on the stove stopped working and I returned the stove back to the store so while I was at the customer service the supervisor there explained that they don't do loan items because they needed to take the stove away for repairs so I asked to speak to the store manager and I was informed that they have acting .So they phoned him and he said he was busy to the supervisor then I asked to speak to him over the phone because I needed clarity, when they handed a phone I explained my concerns while I was talking he hanged up and I thought it was a technical issue with the phone, we called him again but this time he was clear that he wasn't going to listen to because he was clear with were he stands with the matter, I asked him to come to the customer service booth maybe the language it's an issue when he arrived he told me that he wasn't going to waste his time and listen as nothing will change from what he said over the phone and he concluded by showing me his name tag and said ' you can report me wherever you want - it won't change anything and he walked away. The supervisor called Defy in Polokwane and we spoke to the manager who assisted me. I was so disappointed that the whole manager serviced me with such a bad attitude 😒 and he just didn't care what happens at the end. The manager's name is Mavhungu Muswubi. Hope he will be taken for training so that no one gets such a service again
