Horrible customer service.

Doesn't even deserve a star in all honesty. Absolute non existent customer service. The call centre agents have no idea to work their so called system and just could care less about genuinely helping.

Endless unhelpful calls, complete waste of money, ping pong emails that serve no purpose. No assistance.

I ordered a fridge and another appliance(essential goods) online on the 8th of June 2020. Still no idea of when the actual delivery is going to place and game staff cannot track my order or give any info on when it'll be taking place. Unbelievable and totally unacceptable. This is the first and absolute last time I'll buy anything from Game again. Wonder if said products will even make their way to me, seems they're against refunding money aswell.
