Horrible cashier's attitude

On the 21/09/2019 sat I went to game store in president and rissik street JHB.peacefully doing my shoping of just few items.I got to the till where I was helped by PHUMLAPHI ZULU,till ID 103, Cashier 161226 and TRN 585443.On my shopping items there was a combo deal of R50 that was on special.By the shelves there were just few items remaining,then I took the few that I liked,but telling myself that I will check at the till before I pay to make sure that I chose items that are correctly on special, to avoid overspending since this was not the reason I went to the shop.I just saw this as a bagain for me.So because I selected few items, having one that I wasn't sure if its part of the combo.I asked this lady at the till just to double check if its part of the combo before paying.Her response to me was "plastic"shouting in a very rude attitude. I said please confirm if this is correct,She fumed the worse insisting to offer me plastic with a very hush voice, she then ended by saying " didn't you see where you took this things its R50" she roughly pushed the till.saying can't you see its R50.I felt so shuttred and small.I asked her what are we really fighting for,she said "angzwangi" with the threatening voice.I had to keep quiet cos I could see she was ready to give it to me.Out of nowhere she just decided to excise such power and be so horrible.My question to her was just innocent and simple.She could have said something better with a good attitude.This really presented this store horribly bad,its the first time I got helped with such an angry cashier.I normally buy in that game store,I've never experienced this,for years me and my family shop in that store never a single day ever met someone with such rigidity and use her muscles of anger in a such a manner.She even forcefully added plastic on my items of which I didnt need.Because of her bad attitude she had to void it.Im sad and this is really not acceptable.She is working because she have customers to serve not to bully.A polite apology can realy do.Really, I was terrified with her attitude.For sure if I was a white person she could have even voluntarily offer to help me pack my items in my bag.No one deserve to be treated in that way,no one ever.
