Horrible Black friday service

Very dissapointed with the Game online site now with Black friday. They need to inprove on thier IT infustructure. I had bought the ps5 at rhe special price but when i clicked on checkout the system crashed. Then u got a message the site was under maintanence and when it came back up after 30 mins the item was removed out of the cart and when i tried to add it again it was not available. This is pathetic and very disappointing. Now my child wont have his PS5.
