Horrible attitude from supervisor Emilly at Game clearwater mall .

Game clearwater mall floor supervisor Emilly is by far the worst supervisor I've seen .. on the 4th of may 2020 I went there looking for a mouse and there were only 2 in stock and both were open (packaging) I was desperate for a mouse and so I told the guy assisting that I am willing to buy one only if he would test it for me ... the gent agreed and said he would try and find betteries for me ..he was the only one working in this department and there was a numver of clients that also needed his assistance so he called over another gent and asked him to find betteries to for me.. this gent ran around and came back having not found the betteries so the gentleman who is assisting me (still busy trying to get theough the rest of the customers needing assistance) picks up a sealed pack of betteries and says to the other gent "please take them to Emily and explain that the client needs this assistance and we cant find batteries to use , can we open these" we then walk to Emilly and find her having an nice loud chuckle with other employees and as soon as the gent opened his mouth Emilly was already intimidating him with what do you want and what must I do with these ... I am pretty sure still she never got to understand our issue and just didnt care to .. before I even opened my mouth to assist the gent he was already shouting at the other one ..telling him to leave whatever he was busy with and come explain himself.. even I was scared now .. alright the guy tries to explain that he is busy with a customer but Emilly was having non of it ... the poor guy dropped everything and came running , she went at him and told him he should look everywhere for open batteries because what must she do with these ones once they're open.this is when the guy explains that they have looked already and that he is assisting clients .she then said no just go look everywhere , he politely then asked her to assist the customers he had left unattended ..she just said no I'm busy here..(no customer near her by the way) the guy quietly ran again to look for batteries till he found them..came back and assisted us..I was ready to deop everything and walk out but after all this gent had went through just to assist me I couldnt.. I just quietly waited. Something must be done about this lady asap ..nothing about her says leadership at all .I WILL ALSO NEED FEEDBACK ON ACTIONS TAKEN ..Thanks
