Horrible attatide

so i go to Game in Clearwater to purchase a washing machine on the 28/11/2015. Firstly i get kept on a que for longer than 15min waiting to pay. The reason for that was the pricing on the machine tag was different from what they had on the till so they needed the supervisor to come and clear that. so i make my payment then leave and i get told the machine will be delivered in about two days. Then i get this rude delivery guy from Game calling on my own cell phone saying why am i not at my house to receive delivery because he is there at the house already. I said to him i didnt confirm delivery for that time (17:00) i confirm that delivery should be after that time. He was so utterly rude that it left me boiling so much i even drove straight to Clearwater to report this. Nobody at Game called this delivery guy to order after i explained what had happened. It seemed as thou they were really not bothered in the manner that they responded and that they failed to call the guy to order. i left without them having called the delivery guy especially the supervisor or manager that was on duty at the time. i was so utterly angry i told them not to call me at all until i am calm.
