Horrible after sales service at Game Potchefstroom

Good day

I am so dissapointed in your after sales service. Bought a KIC FRIDGE in Potchefstroom about a month back. Only started using it recently because I obviously had not done groceries yet. So i notice the inside lamb doesn't work properly. It is intermittent in its operation. I call game Potch to arange a pick up or service, they tell me I have to drive all the way to the store.

Fast forward two weeks later since I have been to the store, no one has called me to arrange a fix or pick up. Now the fridge is at a point where they dont replace anymore (over a month) but its the repair waranty. Iv hardly used this fridge for 3 weeks
