Horrible

Game online is the pits!! I cancelled my order on the 19th of December and still have not received my refund. Every time I call the Call Center a consultant is logging my query for the first time and they keep on insisting they will call me back. Up to now I still have not received my refund.

Do yourself a Huge favor and NEVER order from Game online!!11
