I have purchased a defy washing machine about 9 months ago only used it for 3 months. It has been giving endless issues from tearing of laundry to leaks. I have been given a 3 year warranty. Totally dissatisfied with the services hence I'm still waiting for help. I did not get the item for free it was paid for. When it's time to sell stuff all good but when need help no one to be found.!
