********** Service at Game Lakeside

As a former Massmart employee of the early 2000's, we used to push ourselves to beat Woolworths with service delivery as Woolworth was the retailer known to all for their best service. I went to Game Lakeside Mall, Benoni, because I knew the kind of service we used to give in the early 2000's. I needed a fridge urgently, so I thought, Game. DEFY DAC 419. On the 27th Feb. Today I'm still waiting. What happened to this retail giant is an unbelievable. I can't even rate the store because there is nothing to rate. I went to the store today and a gentleman helped me, he is promising me that they will deliver on Thursday, once again I will have to get someone to be there and wait and I doubt that it'll happen.

Not doom and gloom for them though, Benedict Mamazi is an asset to that branch, they should rather appoint him as Branch Manager because he is very helpful, he is polite, and he is very proud of his job. Big ups Benedict, please teach your colleagues what service means, you seem to be the only one who cares there. The only reason I will wait now is because of Benedict. I went to the store fuming, and Im calm now thanks to him
