Hopeles on-line experience!

Order number *** placed and paid for on-line on 26th June 2020, promised 10 to 14 working days for delivery. Today (17th July) is now day 15, and I should have received the item. Needless to say, have spent about 2 hours today on the phone today trying to find out where the item is. Nobody at Game seems interested to help. Took my money very quickly, but now NOTHING happens. Very, very cheesed off wiht Game.
