Please get people in there with real training and the skillset to assist clients, i logged my soundbar in for repairs, 28 Nov, to this day i haven't gotten feedback, so i went there today the girl that booked in my repair was there and here is where training and skills come in, i gave here the paper and said im following up on my repair, she pointed the the sign that said repairs closed, not telling the client anything just pointed, not i will check with them or get u feedback nothing, so i asked for the manager again pointed where the manager was sitting, i went over waiting for her to finish the call, the lady next to here asked to assist, and i told my story, mind u i know it takes 21 days, again she said about the 21days, i then told here so how u gwtting feedback if they closed, and in a week its 21 days, the manager said she will get feedback none of details was taken again,
