<p>I am very disgruntled by your poor service with regards to my cellphone claim which was logged in October 2016. My CELLPHONE ***</p> <p><br />I have paid all premiums due and still no sign of my cellphone. I have called numerous times and have been assured on several occassions that it will be delivered to my doorstep within day and this is yet to happen. I spoken to numerous people, Bianca and Shaun to name but two in November 2016. My last call was attended to by Kate on the 9 December. She assured me that everything is in order and that I should have have my handset by 13 December 2016. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.</p> <p><br />I called again last week Friday and was assisted by Dipuo. She told me that you had ran out of stock and that I will receive it by Thursday. They never called me to inform me of such and have further inconvenienced me and wasted my time and money with the constant calls. I find it very hard to believe as well that in the whole of Gauteng you guys cannot source a phone worth R6000. </p> <p><br />I refuse to pay any further fees up until I get my cellphone as promised by your company.</p> <p><br />I want my cellphone! BECAUSE THIS IS ABSOLUTE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. You cannot ACCEPT MONEY FOR A SERVICE AND THEN NOT PAY UP. THAT IS *****!</p>
