Hisense washing machine/ game stores

Good day.

I would like to share my BAD experience with you.

On Black friday 2018 i bought a 10kg HISENSE front loader from Game Greenacres in Port Elizabeth. (It wasnt on a special)

Around January the machine started making weird noises. I did contact Game and Hisense came to replace the Belt and Brain. Still i knew the belt cant make that noise ,so i told the guy. Ignored me. Ever since ive been trying with Game and hisense but cant get it returned even tho it was still in its 6 months period.

Now its making more noise, Leaking water Spin but wont let water out

What can i do with these people?

Other thing Hisense told me they give 3 months guarantee on replaced parts. So what about the full 4 years now?
