Hisense washing machine

Game stores has the worst extended warranties you can imagine.They cant even sort out a simple issue as to repairing my Hisense washing machine.My contract number for the machine is ***.They are supposed to call the people from Hisense to come out and fix the washing machine but that doesnt even happen.I have even spend almost an hour on the phone trying to explain to the warranty department whats wrong with the machine.I had the same experience with a cellphone before.Very poor service.I phoned them on the 07/08/20120.
