Hisense Washing machine

I bought a hisense Washing machine and it has been repaired 3 times in in less than a year and it's not being fixed still I have to report it each and every time BEFORE I have to use it, The sad thing is that they keep on sending the same *********** so called technical guy that doesn't know what he is doing. I don't want this machine any more it's not even 6 months old and it has been fixed 3 times and your put the covers properly. and the staff lies saying that they will replace but they keep on sending a technician and I have to waist my petrol and my time to report this stupid hisense machine please do something about this please
