Hisense tv returned for exchange, 2 weeks no feedback

I bought a tv at Game on the 5th of December on special. Hisense 32 inch smart tv. The following day the tv was not working. I took it to Game to exchange and they told me they have to take it back to Hisense for repairs. Till today they are giving me a run around with no answer.
