Hisense Machine

My hisense washing machine is broken and I have a guarantee so went to game wonderpark to report about the machine Brian told me to give him the slip and go home we will talk with WhatsApp okay I send him a serial number of the machine after days has passed he told me to come to the store to bring the slip again as it's not showing clear and told me that they need 2 to 3 weeks to print out the slip even today I'm still waiting for the feed back I'm so disappointed with the service I'm getting from game
