Hisense fridge not delivered

So I purchased a Hisense fridge from game on the 6th I was sent an email and my order was processed. It is now the 22nd and I am still without my fridge I have called game timelessly but they don’t seem to care since they have received their money it is now my problem to call and chase after their courier company laser logistics which is also giving me a hard time. After 10 working days I am told the truck was hijacked my question is why was my fridge not delivered in the first place within the 10 working days. I need answers as to why I haven’t received my order on the time we agreed on. I am furious and disappointed at the online experience and will spread the word about my dissatisfaction.
