Hisense faulty washing machine

I bought a hisense machine of which it's still under warranty but more than 4times the same machine has been logged for hisense technians to fix it..... I went to games stores vosloorus Chris hani last week I'm still waiting actually if an appliance it's still under warranty n been logged more than 3 times meaning it's faulty they have to gv me a new 1 so Game I bought it from you.... Refer to hisense because I'm tired now
