After escalating my maintenance claim problems with Hisense to Johan the Manager at Game Kollonade Pretoria, I was assisted by changing the problematic dishwasher with a new one, and had to only pay in a discounted diffirence in price. The manager went the extra mile to ensure that the defective machine is collected and replaced the same day.
