Hisense battery....

I bought a Hisense cell phone from Game on the 11th of Janyary 2017. From early days it appeared that the battery was faulty. After an all night charge it display 20% full and loose power very fast. All settings were set to optimize battery power........with no result. I return it this morning, and guess what...............after waiting for service, the manager arrived as we were on our way out, just to inform me that they need to send the phone in.................really.................all I need is a freeking battery.................and yes, if you guessed, you're most problably correct............they do not have spare/replacement batteries is stock..................really................ I eventually had to purchase a battery from a local store, as we need the phone, and cannot wait two to three weeks to have a faulty battery replaced. Hisense and all other phones sold at Game should at least ensure that they have some back up stock. As clearly indicared on the counter, there is a 3 month gaurentee on batteries. The word "customer service" does not exist at Game, and there management can do with some training on handling issues, as they don't have a clue.....an easy solution would have been to take a "new" battery from a box, and return the phone and battery, as easy as that. I would like Game/Hisense to refund me, as this is unexeptable. In a mordern world one expects professional service and value for our hard earned money.
