Hisense and massdiscount game is the worst

I have send a previous email on game for the Hisense 8kg front loader washing machine i bought at game online on black Friday a month later i received my machine 2 day i used it the machine shakes so heavy it moves after numerous calls a month later the technician came out to find that a shock absorber pin was not properly inserted by hisense the manufacturer after that the machine does not spin properly my clothes is wet when the cycle is finish sometime it gives a error i dont want this machine any more i want a other brand not hisense it is the worst machine ever i called but no response again for 2+weeks
