Hisense and Game - Offensive Attitude

We educate and entertain children in Orphanages and entertain the elderly in Old Age Homes. We purchased a Hisense T.V. from Game and wanted to use it with them by playing music videos while we all sing; it was faulty, the Screen was incorrectly installed and it broke. Neither Game nor Hisense had the decency to replace it so nothing for the Orphans or for the Elderly. Thank you Game and thank you Hisense for your disdain for your customers, for orphans and for the elderly. You are both a disgrace, in my opinion and in the opinion of others whom I know.
