Hisense and Game - No TV for the Orphans
<p>We eductae and entertain children at Orphanages and the elderly at Old Age Homes. We purchased a Hisense T.V. from Game and wanted to use it with them by playing children and Adults Music videos whlie we all sing; it was faulty, the Screen was incorrectly installed and it broke with the slightest touch.</p> <p>Neither Game nor Hisense had the decency to replace it so nothing for the Orphans or the Elderly.</p> <p>Thank you Game and Thank you Hisense for your disdain for your customers.</p> <p>You are both a disgrace, in my opinion, and probably in the opinion of others.</p>
Same old story; bring it in and you will be charged to fix it. Doing business with Game and Hisense makes no(n)sense.
They have lost tens of thousands of Rands of my business beacause of this, how stupid is that? I don't know how much of my friends and familes business has also been lost but a couple have said that they will not buy Hisense and I keep on telling people, including relative strangers, whenever I can, just how stupid I was to do business with Game and Hisense.
