Hisense 55 Inch 3d LED Smart TV Bought from game

I bought a hisense 55 inch 3d LED Smart TV from game trade route mall lenasia the next day the tv stopped working a hisense technician came out to have a look at the tv and according to hisense the software was upgraded the following week the tv was replaced two weeks later the new tv gives me the exact same problem but this time according to hisense the remote was not synchronised i have been running up and down to game and hisense i was promised a refund and currently going no where its been 2 weeks now and i have no tv and still no refund.
