Hisense 43inch not working

Purchased Hisense 43inch TV on 23 November 2023. TV was not responding to remote, called Gane Shelly Beach and was advised to take remote only to store which I did, remote was tested and worked fine on another TV. I was advised to check if sensor on TV was blocked.. Two days later I had to take TV back to store as it was still not working. I was told by manager that there was no stock but I will be contacting once stock was in..No other TV was offered to me as an alternative, I was given a credit note and told I can only purchase that stock item when stock is available..

I have received no calls since 30 November which is ridiculous... I have noticed today 14/22/23 the same model of TV is available to purchase on the game catalogue. I will like this to be resolved ASAP. Regards A Singh
