Hisense 415l Fridge delivered damaged and never got exchanged since July 25th 2020.

Game has been promising to exchange the combi fridge (Hisense 415l bottom freezer) that was delivered to me damaged. The fridge was delivered on the 25th of July 2020. They came and collect it after logging the complaint - but never came back to deliver the new fridge that they promised me. It has been 2 months now without a fridge. I'm tired of calling their online customer care because they just keep on promising to deliver it in two working days but never live up to their promise.
