Hisense 32" television repair.

We had a problem with our tv, the tv went black and we returned it to game for repairs. And we were given 21 days of repair. From 09 November 2021. After 21 days there was no communication from Game polokwane about the repair. We went to check it on the 19 december 2021 and there was still nothing.. Tv still not fixed nor no refund. We received a text message on the 21 december 2021 that the tv is fixed and to our surprise when we got to store the TV was apart.. Missing *****s, it was a mess. Im very disappointed in game polokwane customer services and wish to get help on this matter.
