Hisence Fridge

Last year November I bought a hisence fridge at the promenade game store in Mitchells plain, upon delivery the led bulb wasn't working. We called for repairs but nobody came out, logged multiple emails and calls yet nobody pitched. I've been to the store and each time we are referred to customer service. It's almost 9 months, pathetic customer service!!! Won't recommend to anyone.
